Evaggelia Tsiara had a rounded and varied education in Athens where she studied musical theory, classical guitar and drama and also trained in the voice class of Spyros Kakkas.
She specialized in traditional Greek songs, drums but also classical and modern dance. She has since worked as both teacher (guitar, voice) and performer and continues her university studies at
the Musical department of the Ionian University in Corfu.
Apostolos Valsamas was born in Stuttgart and brought up in Kavala in northern Greece. He studied classical violin, voice and choir direction at the Greek Odeon. He has since
specialized in traditional instruments – oud, laouto and bouzouki – which he has played since the age of 16. Since 2014 he has most particurlary concentrated on playing traditional Greek music.
